Text Msg, Email or Phone ?

In our fast moving society, we text message, email and phone our friends more often than we write a letter. My mother and grandmother had a box of treasured notes from their boyfriends, husbands and small children. They passed these on to me.

Photos can say even more about a moment in time than a few scrawled words. Consider how you are going to save the memory of your wedding and consider how others are going to Save The Date. Use a photo ! This can be fun, serious, follow a theme, a surprise, professional or a snap shot. Perhaps this is the first time a member of your family has "seen" the two of you together - first impressions are important. Take your time to imagine what you would like to send as your announcement of the wedding date. If you send a 4x6 postcard the postage required is only 24 cents instead of 39 cents and you have a little more available for other parts of your wedding and honeymoon.

At Galleria Ventures, they will take that image and make a professional layout for your review.... simple. You imagine and they will create it.

University Team Spirit

Many couples meet at sporting events, especially at college. When they find they share a passion for the sport, it heightens the passion for each other ;-) Many "dates" are spent at the games or the rally events before and after. Some couples even pick the team colors for their wedding colors! Announcing their "Save the Date", this couple uses a snapshot of themselves before a game. It might be the day they became engaged and their faces beam with happiness. Save the Date Postcards remind folks of the day you picked for your wedding and it might also be the first time some of them have "seen" the upcoming spouse. You should select a photo that warms your heart, reminds you of your favorite sport or team, and is all about the two of you.
